Chris Gaffney

Chris Gaffney is an Irish researcher, founder of NHIdisclosure, and representative for the International Coalition for Extraterrestrial Research (ICER). He has been investigating Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP) since the 1970s. Chris was a researcher for BUFORA in the Irish Republic and later was a co-founder of the Irish UFO Research Centre. He is also Irelands representative for UK pilots reporting UAP.
In 2022, Chris launched Project Morrigan, a significant initiative aimed at establishing dedicated Irish institutions for the scientific study of UAP. This project seeks to explore UAP as a potential solution to the global energy crisis, advocating for rigorous scientific inquiry into the advanced technology these phenomena seem to exhibit.
Chris' work gained momentum with the discovery
of a confidential Irish government memo from the 1950s related to UAP. Project
Morrigan has garnered support from notable figures such as Christopher Mellon,
former Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Intelligence in the US, and
Dr. Colm Kelleher, an Irish scientist with top-secret US government clearance.
Gaffney believes that understanding UAP technology could revolutionize energy
consumption and production, offering a new type of green energy
